The days go by and we often tend to do things automatically without thinking much of it.
I found this 30 days minimalism challenge and would love to try it out. So I wanted to share it with you too!
This is how it works:
Save the picture to your phone or print it out and hang it where you can see it. Do one task at a time and it doesn’t have to be in order. Every time you’re done with doing one task, tick it from the list.
I know that some of them may be difficult, at least for me, but let’s try! Let’s see if we can keep up with this and how it makes us feel after doing them.
