Every Sunday I like to sit down and plan a menu for the week. To plan the meals of the week is both time- and money saving. When writing down what you’re having for the whole week, it’s easier to write all the ingredients that you don’t have at home to your grocery shopping list before going to the store for that food shopping of the week. Instead of going to the store every day which can result in buying a lot of unnecessary things, especially when you’re hungry and can’t wait to eat, haha!
It’s not always easy to think about new ideas, so it pretty much ends up being almost the same every week, haha! But I like to find some inspiration on food blogs and Instagram for example. If there’s dinner left from the day before it’s perfect for lunch or dinner the next day.
