1 WRITE THINGS DOWN
Make to-do lists and plan your days. This helps to get things done and out of the way. This way you will feel a lot more organized and write things down will also help you distress.
2 DECLUTTER REGULARLY
This may be hard and boring, but this helps you to be more organized. Whether that’s your closet or bathroom/kitchen cabinet, do it and see how fresh and good you’ll feel. Donate the things that are still in good condition that you don’t use and need anymore.
3 PUT THINGS TO PLACE RIGHT AWAY
When you take something out of your drawers, closet or whatever it may be, put it back after you’ve used it. This way there will not be things laying around everywhere and we feel more organized.
